We’re thrilled to open our new second‑floor space, and we can’t wait to see what you create in it. If you’re looking for space hire in Edinburgh, whether you’re planning a one‑off meeting, an event, a rehearsal, an exhibition, or a recurring booking, this flexible floor gives you room to shape your next creative or community project. The flexible layout layout adapts easily, so you can make the space work exactly as you need.

Meeting Room

£25 per hour, £80 per day
Our private second‑floor meeting room includes an 8‑seat board table with built‑in power, a TV for screen sharing, and convenient access to a kitchenette on the same floor. As a result, it’s an easy, comfortable choice for focused work or small group sessions.

Event Space

£60 per half day, £120 per day

The event space offers 9m x 18m of bright, open room to work with. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, and you’ll also have access to a fully enclosed internal meeting room, whiteboards, tables, and chairs for up to 30 people. Because the layout is so adaptable, it suits exhibitions, rehearsals, workshops, and classes equally well.
