We offer a range of flexible spaces for makers, artists and creatives, from private studios and workshop bays to meeting rooms, rehearsal spaces and event hire. With access to shared facilities and a community of makers, EOW offers space to work on projects, develop your practice, share ideas and bring people together.

Workshop Bays to Rent

RESIDENT WORKSPACE FOR MAKING AND PRODUCTION

Our workshop bays offer dedicated workspace for makers who need room to build, create and bring projects to life. Suitable for woodworking, fabrication and other hands-on disciplines, these spaces provide a regular base to work on your projects and be part of EOW’s community of makers.

Storage Containers to Rent

FLEXIBLE STORAGE FOR TOOLS, MATERIALS AND PROJECTS

Need more room for your tools, materials or projects? Our storage containers can be rented alongside a workshop bay or studio, or as a standalone option when your kitchen table or shed just isn’t cutting it.

Each container is located securely within EOW and includes key access and internal lighting.

Size: 3m x 2m (6m2 approx)

Our studios offer private workspaces for artists, designers and small creative businesses looking for a dedicated place to work and develop their practice. With a range of sizes and layouts available, you can find a space that suits your needs while being part of EOW’s wider community of makers.

Meeting Room and Event Space Hire

A CREATIVE SPACE THERE FOR WHEN YOU NEED IT.

Available for both one-off meetings, events, rehearsals, exhibitions or ongoing/recurring space hire our new space is open, flexible, and ready to house your next creative or community endeavour.

Meeting Room Hire

A PRIVATE SPACE FOR MEETINGS AND TEAM AWAY DAYS

Our meeting room is a private space on the second floor, ideal for team meetings, planning sessions and small group discussions.
The room accommodates up to 8 people and includes a boardroom table with power supply and a TV for screen sharing. A kitchenette is available on the same floor.

Hire rates

£25 per hour

£100 per day

Refreshments can be provided for an additional fee.

Event Space Hire

FLEXIBLE SPACE FOR EXHIBITIONS, REHEARSALS AND CLASSES

Our second-floor event space measures 9m × 18m and is filled with natural light. With tables, chairs, whiteboards and a fully enclosed internal meeting room, the space can be adapted for exhibitions, rehearsals, classes, workshops and a range of other events.

Storage options are available on request for multi-day hires or repeat bookings.

£75 per half day

£150 per day
