FLEXIBLE SPACE FOR MAKING AND PRODUCTION

Our workshop bays are ideal for hands-on makers who need space to build, create, and experiment. Designed for disciplines such as woodworking, fabrication, and other practical crafts, these open-plan spaces allow for flexibility and collaboration.
Workshop users benefit from being part of a wider community of makers, with access to shared resources and a dynamic creative environment.

Rent a Storage Container

FLEXIBLE STORAGE OPTIONS

Rent a storage container alongside a workshop bay or studio, or use it as a standalone option when your kitchen table or shed just isn’t cutting it anymore.

Containers are ideal for larger items; equipment and tools, materials and project stock, or anything you need a home from home for. Each unit sits safely within the workshop and includes secure key access and internal lighting.

Our studios provide dedicated, private workspaces for creatives who need a consistent base. Suitable for artists, designers, and small creative businesses, studios offer a place to develop your practice within a supportive community of makers.
Sizes and layouts vary, with access to shared facilities and opportunities to connect with other creatives on site.

Meeting Room & Event Space Hire

A CREATIVE SPACE THERE FOR WHEN YOU NEED IT.

Available for both one-off meetings, events, rehearsals, exhibitions or ongoing/recurring space hire our new space is open, flexible, and ready to house your next creative or community endeavour.

Meeting Room

£25 per hour, £80 per day
The meeting room is a private, second floor space equipped with a 8 seat capacity, board table with power supply, TV for screen sharing, and access to a kitchenette on the same floor.

Refreshments can be included for an additional fee.

Event Space

£60 per half day, £120 per day
The event space is a private, second floor event space (9m X 18m), flooded with natural light, a fully enclosed internal meeting room, with whiteboards, tables and chairs (for 3Suitable for exhibitions, rehearsals and classes, the space can easily be tailored to your specific event.

Storage options are available multi-day or multi bookings, on request.
