Get involved in our charity fundraiser including market, taster sessions and an on-site raffle (with over £1000 worth of EOW memberships, vouchers, and courses spaces donated, along with amazing donations from local makers – soon to be revealed !) to help raise funds for ‘Choose Love’. Their big campaign at the moment is to help those affected by the Syrian / Turkish earthquake. 

Fancy getting involved in the action through selling your makes, donating an item to the raffle or do you have an abstract idea of how you could contribute (we are all ears). 

To help raise funds we are: 

1. Donating 100% of all raffle proceeds (£3 per entry) 
2. Donating 100% of entry fees (£1) 
3. Having wonderful creatives selling their makes ( this could be YOU) to get people through the door
4. Having demonstrations and taster sessions from talented makers, to also get people through the door

For transparency, your table fee goes towards the staffing of the day. We are, however, giving you the options to donate £5 on top of your table which would be donated.

EOW ‘Choose Love’ Fundraiser Makers Market 2023 | Saturday, 1 July, 10:00 – 16:00

As always, in the weeks leading up to the event, we will market your involvement on our socials (Instagram + Facebook), plus will include you in an online catalogue of makers and activities published on the Edinburgh Open Workshop website. 

AVAILABLE SPACES:

Single Open Area Table (no temporary structure): £30 OR £35 (£5 donation)

Shared Half Bay (3 mx 3m space, table + temporary wall): £40 OR £45 (£5 donation)

Individual Full Bay (3m x 3m space, 2 tables + temporary wall): £80 OR £85 (£5 donation)

If you wish to participate, send us an email to express interest and complete the Stall Application by Thursday 1st June 2023. We will contact everyone who applied by Tuesday 6th June (if not before) with the status of your application. 

Be ready to include:  

1 high quality image of Business Logo, or other appropriate marketing image

6 high quality photos of your work

Short bio about yourself and your work

Any links to social media, website, or any platform you would use for selling and displaying your work
